Lockwood McKinnon is an East Coast Taco Bell and Yum! Brands franchisee since 1989 with 29 stores throughout southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

This franchisee started to explore options for a new service provider due to dissatisfaction with the provider. Lucky for us, they found Wayne.

This client wanted a supplier that provided all the needed services: music services, repairs, drive-thru break-fix, and POS.

Our first test was addressing their music program. The 29-store project was completed in 2.5 weeks with the following enhancements:

Centralized control of the music settings and stations

  • Use of existing equipment

  • Plug and Play (no tech visit required)

  • Unlimited music selections
