When Wayne repairs headset equipment, the memory is reset to its original factory settings; when you receive your equipment, you must connect the headset to your base station again. To find step-by-step instructions, please visit our resource tab.

Did you check “yes” that you’d like Wayne to schedule your UPS package pick-up? Once we’ve received your request, we will (1) send you the UPS shipping label to the email address provided. Then, the next business day, we will schedule a UPS personnel to stop by your store’s address to pick up the already packaged and labeled repair. Easy as 1-2-3!
