Campus Taco Bell Cantina

Students, faculty, and staff at the University of Texas at Dallas (UT Dallas) are enjoying the nation’s only on-campus Taco Bell Cantina, which opened at the start of the semester. The restaurant is a fresh take on the traditional Taco Bell concept with a newer look, digital kiosks, unique menu items, beer, and wine.

Currently, there are only about 50 Taco Bell Cantinas around the country; this newest location provides a unique experience with budget-friendly menu items, and beer and wine amplify its appeal as a student hangout.

The concept’s value was one of the reasons the university was interested in a Taco Bell Cantina. It provides affordable meal options, including $1 value menu items, and has become the busiest dining location on campus. Meal cards are accepted, and students can get food delivered using Starship Technologies’ delivery robots or mobile ordering, each for an additional fee.
