Shipping label.
The repair team will ask about the repair and email a shipping label to you.

Prepare your shipment.
Put the repair form and equipment in a box, tape it shut and attach the shipping label.

Drop it off at UPS.
Take the package to your nearest UPS shipping drop off site.

When it arrives.
When it arrives at our facility, we'll drop you a line to let you know it is here.

Repaired and shipped.
Wayne will let you know the repaired item is being returned to you.
