Core Values 

Our core values are the foundation of Wayne’s culture. We emphasize being team-oriented, ensuring we care for each other for the benefit of both the team and the company. As bridge builders, we value open communication, using it to drive solutions. Humility is key, as we encourage the courage to reveal weaknesses while celebrating our collective strengths. We are problem solvers, embracing conflict and finding creative solutions. Lastly, adaptability allows us to face the fears that come with change and evolve together.

This belief underpins our emphasis on promoting from within, ensuring that our team members have opportunities to grow and advance their careers within the company. Enabling Personal Growth  

At Wayne, we understand the importance of self-awareness, teamwork, and continuous development. To this end, we utilize the Enneagram and Working Genius assessments to help employees gain insights into their personalities and work styles, fostering better collaboration and understanding among team members. Additionally, we encourage employees to take advantage of skill development opportunities and cover the cost of various training and educational programs. This investment in personal growth ensures that our team members continually enhance their skills and capabilities. 

Unique Traditions 

We have several traditions that reinforce our culture and values. Quarterly, our CEO presents the State of the Company, akin to a State of the Union, providing updates on performance, goals, and new initiatives. High Fives are awarded to employees who exemplify our core values, with recipients enjoying a bonus PTO day or a monetary reward. 

Our Hurrah! program further recognizes daily demonstrations of core values, allowing peers to acknowledge each other's efforts. Wayne’s LMA (Leadership + Management = Accountability) meetings, inspired by the EOS L10 model, help teams stay aligned with their goals through a structured weekly agenda. 

Community and Collaboration 

To strengthen our bonds, we organize quarterly team outings, from bowling to escape rooms to backyard BBQs, fully covered by Wayne. Monthly birthday and anniversary lunches, chosen by the honored employees, and our special Waynesgiving celebration in November further enhance our sense of community. Our well-stocked drink fridge ensures everyone can enjoy their favorite beverages while working.
